Case Studies

Allianz Stop The Drop

Bespoke Consultancy & Content Development

Move2B partnered with Allianz to address a critical statistic: 1 in 2 girls drop out of sport by age 15. The goal of the ‘Stop the Drop’ campaign was to move beyond awareness and provide parents, coaches, and teachers with the practical tools needed to support and retain adolescent girls in physical activity.

Move2B acted as the specialist consultancy partner, developing a comprehensive educational toolkit and resource hub. This content focused on de-stigmatising the biological, social and psychological barriers girls face, such as the menstrual cycle, body image and shifting confidence levels during puberty.

Athletics Ireland Conversation Series

Collaboration & Content Delivery

In collaboration with Athletics Ireland, we developed a series of educational resources designed to support developing athletes and their coaches in navigating key aspects of performance, wellbeing and personal growth.

The project focused on creating accessible, evidence-informed PDFs that addressed critical but often underrepresented topics within athletics, including working with the menstrual cycle, athlete wellbeing and communication, and the unique journeys and challenges faced by female athletes.

The resources were intentionally designed to break down stigma, encourage open conversation and support athlete-centred coaching practices. By combining shared expertise across sport science, coaching and lived athlete experience, the series provides practical tools that coaches and athletes can immediately apply within their training environments.

HerMoves: Script writing for videos, content for infographics, guest speaking consultancy

Partnership & Content Development

Move2B serves as a trusted partner for Sport Ireland’s HerMoves campaign, a national initiative dedicated to reframing sport for teenage girls. Our consultancy work focuses on bridging the gap between research and engagement through creative, evidence-based content. We provide end-to-end script writing for campaign videos, ensuring the messaging resonates authentically with a teenage audience.

Beyond video, we design educational infographics and digital content that simplify complex topics like female physiology and confidence. As guest speaking consultants, we contribute to webinars and workshops, equipping girls, parents, and coaches with the knowledge to navigate the unique barriers of adolescence.

Leadership Programme With Sport Ireland & NGB’s

Partnership & Content Development

As a trusted partner, Move2B delivers a specialist 6-week leadership programme for female athletes aged 17–21, collaborating with Sport Ireland and major governing bodies, including Rowing, Cycling, Triathlon, and Swim Ireland.

This initiative is a critical step in the sporting pathway, giving young women the strategic thinking, resilience, and communication skills needed to step into future roles in coaching, officiating, and club management. We ground all training in evidence-based research and use a flexible format to empower participants to navigate the unique biological and social challenges of female sport while building a supportive, nationwide community.
